csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部是世界牧羊犬协会联盟(wusv)在中国地区授权建立的德国牧羊犬组织。csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部将在世界牧羊犬协会联盟(wusv)和德国牧羊犬协会（sv）的直接参与和支持下，全面建立中国民间的纯血统德国牧羊犬的发展模式和繁殖标准系统，促进中国地区的德国牧羊犬事业的健康发展并使之逐步纳入国际化、规范化和科学化的轨道。<br>　　2001年 7月7日，csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部在北京钓鱼台国宾馆举办了成立大会。在这次历史性的会议上，csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部发起人陈金飞先生代表csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部同世界牧羊犬协会联盟(wusv)秘书长克莱门特-路克斯先生签署了重要合作协议。这标志着csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部将在世界牧羊犬协会联盟（wusv）及德国牧羊犬协会（sv）的全力支持下，将全面展开中国地区有关纯种德国牧羊犬的各项工作，这将成为中国地区的德国牧羊犬走入国际化、规范化和科学化发展的一个重要的里程碑。<br>　　2001年9月10日在德国杜塞尔多夫举办的世界牧羊犬协会联盟（wusv）大会上，世界牧羊犬协会联盟（wusv）当值主席彼得-麦斯勒先生宣布：csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部正式加入世界牧羊犬协会联盟（wusv）并成为该世界性民间组织的最新一员。<br> csv中国牧羊犬俱乐部采用会员制。俱乐部将按照世界牧羊犬协会联盟(wusv)的有关德国牧羊犬的各项管理模式开展工作，竭诚为俱乐部会员提供全面周到的服务。<br><br>introduction about the csv <br>the csv (chiesischer verein fuer deutsche schaeferhunde) is the only organization about german shepherd dog which was gave full licence by the wusv (weltunion der vereine fuer deutsche schueferhunde). with the help of the wusv and the sv, the csv has been trying to establish patterns of developing full-blooded german shepherd dogs and a standard system of breeding. the csv helps the development of the work of german shepherd dog in china, makes it internationalization, standardization, and more scientific.<br>on july 7th, 2001, the csv held conference of establishing at beijing diaoyutai state guesthouse. in this historic meeting, the organiger of the csv, chen jinfei, signed an important agreement with clemens lux, the general secretary of the wusv. it marked the csv would get hearty support from the wusv and the sv, and start to make work about german shepherd dog in china.<br>on september 10th, 2001, the chairman-in-office of the wusv, peter messler, announced that the csv became the new member of the wusv in due form.<br>as a members' club, the csv will pursuant to the management mode and rules of the wusv, serve the club members whole heartedly.
